Stake Girls Camp is July 25-28, 2022. Location for camp this year is Camp Haven in Fairview Canyon.

About Camp Haven

Nestled on a mountainside just North of the town of Fairview, UT, in beautiful Sanpete County, Camp Haven lives up to its name. A gravel road from highway 89 takes you up the hill to the entrance of the camp, and at an elevation of approximately 7800 feet, Camp Haven offers a refuge from everyday life, amidst the beauty of God’s creations, in a peaceful, quiet setting. Surrounded by aspen and pine trees, in the heart of this serene campground lives Utah’s oldest sub-Alpine fir tree, rising majestically over the grounds. The purpose of camp is to increase the young women’s testimonies and bring them closer to their Father in Heaven.

Schedule

Monday, July 25

6:00 am Leave St George and drive to Camp Haven (3.5/4hrs)

Set up tents/campsites. Eat lunch.(Bring own Lunch)

1:00pm:  Mandatory Orientation by camp missionaries

1:30pm:  YCL’s conducting kick off. (Camp schedule and info.)

1:45pm: Break into groups. Start first rotation.

2:00pm-5:00pm: Activities  

5:00pm:  Ward Time

6:00pm:  Stake Dinner

7:00pm: Stake Fireside

8:00pm: Ward Time

Tuesday, July 26

6:00 am Sunrise hike/breakfast

After hike: Flag raising

9:00-12:00: Activities

12:00pm:  Stake Lunch 

1:00-5:00pm: Activities

5:00pm: Ward Time

7:30am: Morning flag and devotional

8:00am: Stake breakfast

9:00am-12:00pm: Activities
